FIELD: jet projectiles production.
SUBSTANCE: proposed ballistic solid propellant charge is made in form of restricted burning grain with outer polymeric coating of thickness from 1.5 to 5 mm. Used as polymeric coating is polymeric epoxyurethane resin-based composition obtained owing to interaction of epoxy component with technical aromatic polyisocyanate being mix isomers of diphenyl methane diisocyanates and tricyclic and tetracyclic tri-and tetra-isocyanates and aromatic amine hardener. Mix of epoxy resin based on 4.4' dioxydiphenylpropane, molecular mass from 340 to 600, technical diglycido ester of polyepichlorohydrin and technical laproxyde being oligomer of propylene oxide with end epoxy groups of molecular mass from 250 to 900 is used as epoxy component in production of epoxyurethane resin. Ratio of 4.4' dioxydiphenylpropane, technical digkycidol ester of polyepichlorihydrin and technical laproxide is from 5:70:25 to 90:5:5. Ratio of epoxy component with polisocyanate is from 85:15 to 90:2. Epoxyurethane resin is obtained by mixing at temperature from 50 to 120°C during 50 to 120 min. Stabilized liquid mix of aromatic amines and additional polyphosphate and mineral hardener are used as hardener. Composition contains 100 mass parts of epoxyurethane resin, 15-65 mass parts of hardener, 10-100 mass parts of ammonium polyphosphate and 10-170 mass parts of filler.
EFFECT: improved erosion resistance, survivability and stability to multiple thermal cycles, reduced viscosity and smoke generation of coating.
