FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a polymer composition for use as an adhesive-active coating of highly filled polymer compositions (energy condensed systems). This composition contains components, wt. %: epoxy polyurethane resin 80-120, hardener 15-65, melamine polyphosphate 10-100, curing accelerator 1-5. Epoxy urethane resin is obtained by mixing and heating the epoxy component with polyisocyanate. The epoxy component includes an epoxy resin based on 4,4'-dioxydiphenylpropane with a molecular weight from 340 to 600, a technical diglycidyl ether of polyepichlorohydrin and a technical laproxide, which is an oligomer of propylene oxide with terminal epoxy groups with a molecular weight from 250 to 900. A liquid mixture of aromatic amines was used as a hardener. Melamine polyphosphate is used as a filler, which is a polymer compound formed by melamine and phosphate fragments. Benzoic or salicylic acid is used as a curing accelerator.
EFFECT: creation of a polymer composition of accelerated curing with good rheological characteristics, having reduced moisture absorption and high temperature resistance, for use as an adhesive–active coating of all types, highly filled polymer compositions (energy condensed systems), which meets the requirement of long-term operation at high temperatures.
