FIELD: measurement.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to portable electronic test and measurement devices. Portable test and measurement device comprises an electrically and heat-insulating shell with an outwardly facing surface, with at least one electrical component of instrumentation device with thermal contact part located inside electrically insulating shell, and with at least one heat channel, made of rigid thermoplastic with additives of heat-conducting and electrically insulating microparticles or nanoparticles. At that, at least one heat channel includes: proximal contact part with a proximal contact surface, a distal contact portion with a distal surface and a channel portion connecting the proximal contact portion and the distal contact portion. Also, at least one heat channel is integrated into electric and heat insulating shell so that thermal channel passes through electro- and the heat-insulating shell from the outwardly facing surface to the thermal contact part of the electrical component of the instrumentation such that the proximal contact surface is located outside the electrical and heat-insulating plastic shell, and the distal surface is in contact with the thermal contact part of the electrical component of the instrumentation. Heat channel is heat-conducting and electrically-insulating.

EFFECT: possibility of implementing various techniques for determining a number of components of biological fluids.
