SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an automated system for receiving payments. System consists of an input/output device, a call evaluation device, a storage device, a switch control device, and also has a storage device, into which criteria values of quality indicators of provided communication services are input and stored, connected to the first input of the device for comparing criteria and current values of quality indicators, second input of comparison device is connected to unit for evaluation of current quality of provided communication service, which through switch control device is connected to switch, providing connection of subscribers of terminal multimedia terminals with built-in units of periodic generation and transmission of test sequence, output of comparator unit is connected to first input of logic element 2I, second input of which is connected to device for evaluation of duration of calls, and output is connected to device of evaluation of calls.

EFFECT: technical result consists in possibility of correction of payments based on accounting quality of provided communication services and higher awareness of producers on quality of communication services with accuracy of composite link element.
