SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the automotive industry. Pneumatic tire (1) comprises tread surface (3), plurality of longitudinal main grooves (10) formed on tread surface (3) and extending in tire circumferential direction, plurality of ground-engaging grooves (15) formed on tread surface (3) and extending in transverse direction of tire, plurality of blocks (20) defined by grooves (15) on both sides in the tire circumference direction and longitudinal main grooves (10) on at least one end in the tire crosswise direction, and narrow grooves (30) formed in blocks (20). Narrow grooves (30) include a plurality of curved sections (35), as well as a longitudinal narrow groove (32) passing in the direction along the circumference of the tire, and a transverse narrow groove (31) extending in the transverse direction of the tire. Transverse narrow groove (31) and longitudinal narrow groove (32) are made so that at least one of them is provided in composition of set and contains multiple intersection points (37), where one intersects with the other one.

EFFECT: improved operational characteristics of tire when driving on ice and snow with reduction of noise.
