FIELD: radio equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radio engineering and can be used for assessment of reconnaissance security of radio communication lines of transmitting radio center. Boundaries determining the size of the permitted search area are pre-determined based on the environment, the transmission radio center operating time value and the false alarm probability value, setting the scanning intelligence probability value as the current value, which must be provided for a predetermined search time permissible, wherein total noise level and signal power level at the boundary of the searchable region are measured, as well as the average radio time of each radio link of the transmitting radio center, further calculating a current probability value of reconnaissance protection for each of radio communication radio center communication lines, which is compared with a predetermined allowable value, wherein if the calculated current probability of the probing security probability is not less than a predetermined allowable value, a decision is made to achieve reconnaissance security.

EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of reliability of decision making on reconnaissance security of radio communication lines due to taking into account of average time of their operation.
