FIELD: radio communications, possible use for operative selection of working frequencies at stations of ionosphere wave and frequency-dispatch service of radio-centers under conditions of changing interference situation and with limited frequency resource.

SUBSTANCE: selection of working frequencies is performed based on conditions of frequencies serviceability as a result of reflection from ionosphere and signal-interference situation with consideration of the condition, when ratios of intensity of signal and interference are less than minimally allowed ratio of signal/ noise level zadd., and also, when current probability of receipt error ρTerr. is less than predetermined maximally allowed error probability ρmaxerr. with consideration of coefficient of mutual difference of signal and information structures in time-frequency area.

EFFECT: creation of method for selecting working frequencies for radio-lines of ionosphere waves, ensuring increased trustworthiness when determining serviceability of radio frequencies.
