FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of converting hydrocarbons, involving: feeding hydrocarbon material to an atmospheric distillation apparatus for producing products comprising a straight-run distillation light distillate, a straight-run distillation medium distillate and an atmospheric distillation stillage; feeding bottomhole residue of atmospheric distillation into vacuum distillation unit to obtain products including vacuum gas oil of direct distillation and vacuum residue; supplying a vacuum residue to a liquid phase or suspension first-stage hydroconversion reactor in a hydrocracking unit in a slurry phase to obtain first-stage reaction products; feeding reaction products of a first step, a middle distillate of direct distillation and vacuum gas oil of direct distillation into a section for hydrotreatment of the second step in a hydrocracking unit in a suspension phase to obtain reaction products of the second step; feeding second stage reaction products to a fractionation plant to obtain recovered products, including fuel gas, recovered naphtha, recovered middle distillate and recovered non-converted vacuum gas oil; and feeding at least a portion of the recovered non-converted vacuum gas oil in form of a recycle stream to the second stage hydrotreatment reaction section in the hydrocracking unit in the suspension phase, wherein method does not envisage use of catalytic cracking unit with suspended catalyst (FCC). Invention also relates to the device. Use of the proposed invention will allow meeting the growing requirements for light, high-quality, low-sulphur transportation fuels.
EFFECT: proposed invention provides increased productivity and efficiency.
