SUBSTANCE: device comprises sucking pipeline whose initial section enters the tank via the top hatch and is made of a pipe with inlet end positioned near the bottom of the tank, pump, heat exchanger with the pipeline for supplying heat-transfer agent, and pressure pipeline. The pressure pipeline is made of two initial sections separated with the flow deflector. One of the sections of the pressure pipeline is set inside the initial section of the sucking pipeline and its end is positioned in the top part of the tank. The diameter of the second pipe of the initial section of the pressure pipe is less than that of the pipe of the initial section of the sucking pipeline and is secured to its surface. The initial section of the sucking pipeline and the sections of the pressure pipeline connected with it form a single rigid submergible column.

EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of heating and discharging.
