FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to automatic control of natural gas hydrate formation conditions and can be used for studying conditions of hydrate formation on different materials in conditions of deposits of hydrocarbons and main pipelines. Disclosed a reactor for controlling hydrate formation, comprising a metal cell provided with a plug configured to hermetically lock the cell and provided with channels for a thermocouple and feeding water and gas under pressure. Plug is made in the form of cylinder equipped with annular band and is equipped with sealing annular seals in gap between plug surface and inner surface of cell. Outer surface of the upper part of the cell wall protruding above the upper surface of the chambers is equipped with a thread corresponding to the thread of the union nut, the upper part of which is provided with an annular band forming an opening and freely enveloping the upper part of the plug. At that, vertical walls of the cell are equipped with diametrically located through holes, in which sealed sight glasses are placed from material which is transparent to the laser beam of the spectrometer, fixed on the outer side of the cell by means of a flange connection. Cell is equipped with a cooling unit containing chambers enveloping side surfaces of the cell, except for the sections on which the through holes are made. At that the chambers covering the side surfaces of the cell are interconnected by a horizontal channel, as the upper wall of which the cell bottom is used. Cell cavity is equipped with a device for fixing specimens of test materials, made with possibility of placing a magnetic mixer underneath. Chambers are equipped with top and bottom covers with sealing gaskets. In addition, cooling circuits are equipped with holes for supply and discharge of cooling liquid.
EFFECT: possibility of simulating conditions (medium) for formation of hydrocarbon gas hydrates with possibility of instantaneous recording of hydrate formation of hydrocarbons on nano- and hybrid functional materials, alloys and coatings with special properties using Raman scattering spectroscopy.
