FIELD: production technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of plain bearings from wood-metal composite materials, including those based on wood processing. Method comprises forming antifriction bushing (1) and race (6) of bearing by coiling of technical cardboard tape (2) on bronze bushing (1), and then reinforcing metal mesh (3) with subsequent filling of its cells with loose mass (4) consisting of wood flour with quartz sand in proportion 1/1, and further veneer bands (5) with rolling of each layer with formation of outer diameter bushing (1), which is pressed into holder (6) of bearing and fixed relative to holder (6) by pins (7). Besides, part of bushing (1) formed by veneer band (5) is presented by at least three layers layer-by-layer in the sequence of decreasing to the outside diameter values of modulus of elasticity of wood.
EFFECT: technical result is improved damping ability of bearing and increased durability during operation under conditions of impact cyclic loading.
