FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: bearing is formed layer-by-layer, and depending on a layer, to a metal sleeve pre-treated with antiadhesive compound there loaded in turn is polymer composition based on epoxy binding agent and fillers required for that layer. After that, having chosen a shaping mode allowing to uniformly distribute the filler along the layer, each layer of the bearing is formed. Antifriction layer is formed using bronze grid. Grid thickness shall not be more than 0.5 mm, and grid cell value shall be 0.1 to 0.3 mm. Composition of binding agent for antifriction layer includes only high-temperature epoxide diane resin and fluoroplastic filler.
EFFECT: increasing durability and improving reliability of a sliding bearing.
