FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to dispensing of liquid chemical reagents into process streams and can be used in inhibitor protection against corrosion, paraffin deposits and formation of hydrates in process systems of oil and gas and chemical industry. Method involves feeding a liquid chemical from a pressure header to several dosing points. Design working pressure in pressure header is kept stable and exceeds pressure of process medium. Liquid chemical reagent flow rate is controlled through every dosing point by alternating periods of liquid chemical agent supply and its supply termination. Liquid chemical reagent is introduced by pulse dosing by alternating according to the rectangular law of dosing pulses and periods of dosing absence directly at the point of introduction into the process medium. Value of constant (stable) pressure at the entry to the dosing points is selected proceeding from the required parameters of the spraying jet of the liquid chemical reagent. Duration of period of non-dosing of liquid chemical reagent is taken not exceeding duration of aftereffect of liquid chemical reagent to process medium. Dosage pulse duration is selected depending on the required dosage of the liquid chemical reagent into the process medium and the dispensing point equipment consumption characteristic. Total period of the working pulse, defined as the sum of dosing pulse duration and dosing period, is controlled within the range of thousandths of a second to hundreds of seconds. System includes a pressure manifold connected to devices supplying stabilized working pressure of the liquid chemical reagent exceeding process medium pressure. System also includes pulse tubes supplying the liquid chemical reagent from the pressure header to the dosing points, shutoff valves regulating the supply of the liquid chemical reagent, nozzles with which the dosing points of the reagent are equipped and a control unit for the shut-off valves. System is equipped with electrically controlled injectors, nozzles of which are saddles of high-speed electromagnetic shut-off valves controlled by electric pulses from control unit of shut-off valves. Pulse tubes are equipped with liquid flow meters. Control unit of shutoff valves is made in the form of multichannel frequency generator of rectangular electric pulses, having constant amplitude of voltage, with independent regulation of time parameters: duration of rectangular electric pulses and gaps between pulses. Correction of time parameters of electric signals is performed based on readings of liquid flow meters.
EFFECT: technical result of the group of inventions is to increase the efficiency of the liquid chemical agent on the process medium by increasing the quality of spraying a liquid chemical, as well as continuous monitoring and control of current consumption of liquid chemical agent at each dosing point.
