FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medicine, namely to a method for preparing an injectable composition for delayed and controlled release of a therapeutic agent comprising loading pores of a biodegradable porous carrier material based on silicon with a combination of a therapeutic agent and amorphous sugar by bringing into contact a porous carrier material based on silicon with at least one therapeutic agent with coarse molecules and amorphous sugar incubation followed by freeze-drying of at least one therapeutic agent with coarse molecules and amorphous sugar, as well as to an injectable composition for delayed release of a therapeutic agent and relates to a method of treating or preventing a disease in a patient.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides preparing dosage forms for controlled release of therapeutic agent, wherein dosage forms are biocompatible and capable of delivering large molecules in stable form.
