SUBSTANCE: in the invention, pegylated liposomes and methods for their production and application are proposed. Liposome contains cholesterol; unpegylated neutral lipid; pegylated lipid, wherein an average molecular weight of PEG in pegylated lipid is about 2000 Dalton; and TLR4 agonist and TLR7/8 agonist, wherein the specified TLR4 agonist is GLA (glucopyranosyl-lipid adjuvant), and TLR7/8 agonist is 3M-052. Compositions and methods related to the production of pegylated liposomes and use of pegylated liposomes for the stimulation of an immune response are also proposed.

EFFECT: pegylated liposomes are stable and capable of delivering an agent for the formation of an immune response, for example an agent for use for the production of vaccines, therapeutic or diagnostical use.
