SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biotechnology. A group of inventions is described, including a composition for enhancing the adsorption of a TLR agonist on aluminum salts, a method for stimulating an immune response in a subject, and a method for obtaining a composition for stimulating an immune response in a subject containing a TLR agonist selected from a TLR7/8 agonist or a TLR4 agonist, and an auxiliary lipid. In one of the embodiments, the composition contains a TLR agonist selected from a TLR7/8 or TLR4 agonist, an auxiliary lipid, and an aluminum salt.
EFFECT: invention expands the arsenal of means for stimulating the immune response in a subject with enhanced adsorption of the TLR agonist on aluminum salts.
