FIELD: pharmaceutics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition in the form of microgranule nuclei containing pancreatin, cetyl alcohol, Poloxamer 407 in given amounts, a method for production thereof, as well as obtaining microgranules with applied enteric coating on water basis. Obtained oral dosage form does not contain residual amounts of acetone.
EFFECT: technical result consists in achievement of higher stability of core and accordingly microgranules with enteric coating, with preservation of good solubility microgranules containing enteric coating, which enables to apply the declared pancreatin microgranules for preparing safe and non-toxic drugs for treating digestive disorders.
