FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to dentistry, maxillofacial surgery, and can be used for stimulation of reparative osteogenesis in osteosynthesis by nanostructured titanium articles of lower jaw in rabbits. After the beginning of treatment of fractures of the lower jaw of animals with the help of mini-plates and mini-screws of titanium grade Grade-4, made by the ECAP-comform method, 0.2 ml of oxytocin solution is introduced on 1st, 3rd, 5th, 7th day once a day under the mucous membrane of the lower jaw in close proximity to the fracture line.
EFFECT: method provides accelerated consolidation of fragments and reduces the probability of inflammatory complications ensured by the inclusion of oxytocin in the therapeutic complex.
