FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to surgery and plastic surgery. Incisions are made in scalp. In the anterior region along the crest of an ear tragus and in the parotid region, skin-fat flaps are peeled off, excess skin is removed. Complete mobilization of platysma to a medial portion is performed. A medial muscle portion is fixed with monocryl 3/0 to the periosteum of an angle of the lower jaw. A lateral portion of platysm is fixed to a mastoid process with monocryl 3/0.
EFFECT: method enables eliminating ptosis of skin and soft tissues of neck, redistributing platy with fixation in a new position, removing excess skin.
