FIELD: internal combustion engines.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in internal combustion engines with a turbo-supercharger, which has a bypass channel bypassing the turbine to the catalytic neutraliser. Bypass device (401) comprises channel (410) and valve plate (403) having surface bent in several planes (405) on inner side of valve plate (403). Curved surface (405) forms flanging (406) on first side of valve plate (403) and lateral notch (422) on second side of valve plate (403). Channel (410) has narrowed section (414) located upstream of valve plate (403) and located on one line with flanging (406). Valve plate (403) is located at the end of channel (410). On narrowed section (414), the channel inner lateral wall (415) is narrowed towards central axis (430) of channel (410). Contraction increases as inner sidewall (415) approaches valve plate (403). There are disclosed embodiment of bypass device design and engine system.
EFFECT: technical result consists in prevention of flow dissipation in several directions and in reduction of energy losses on turbo-supercharger walls.
