FIELD: engine building.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions consisting of a method and versions of ignition systems with an engine prechamber relates to the field of internal combustion engines. For example, ignition system with prechamber may contain prechamber, entering combustion chamber, piston ledge, having a shape to correspond to the lower aperture of the prechamber, and a plurality of openings formed in the side wall of the prechamber. Method for ignition system with prechamber includes adjustment of ignition moment inside prechamber and introduction of ledge in prechamber for ignition of fuel-and-air mixture inside main chamber.
EFFECT: technical result is higher efficiency of charge combustion in engine combustion chamber.
