FIELD: woodworking industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to wood and woodworking industry, in particular, to chain saws. Working element of portable saw comprises saw bus (13) and saw chain, as well as mechanism for tension and lubrication of saw chain. Device for tension of saw chain is made with oil supply channel in housing (1) of saw, in which pressure (3) and bypass safety (4) valves are installed, collar (5) fixed on rod (6). Rod is rigidly connected to adjusting screw (9), shell ring (10) with lock nut (11) and tie rod (12). Tie rod is articulated with saw bar.
EFFECT: simplified process of saw chain replacement.
