FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy, namely to cold-rolled and subjected to return sheet steel with plasticity induced by twinning, having an austenitic matrix and used in automotive industry. Steel contains, in wt%: 0.71<C<1.2, 13.0≤Mn<25.0, S≤0.030, P≤0.080, N≤0.1, 0.1≤Si≤3.0, 0.1≤V≤2.50, optionally one or more elements selected from Cu≤5.0, Al≤4.0, Nb≤0.5, B≤0.005, Cr≤1.0, Mo≤0.40, Ni≤1.0, Ti≤0.5 and 0.06≤Sn≤0.2, balance is iron and unavoidable impurities.
EFFECT: steel has high strength, deformability and relative elongation.
