FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to measurement equipment, and more specifically – is intended for measurement of weak magnetic fields, and can be used in magnetometry. Sensitive element consists of a printed-circuit board, on the upper side of which there are two microwave resonators, which include one common dielectric substrate with a thin magnetic film deposited on its lower side. Conductors of microwave resonators are placed above the dielectric substrate at optimum angle to each other. Between these conductors there is a strip-conductor section short-circuited on both sides to the ground, which attenuates communication between microwave resonators. Using a magnetic system, a continuous bias magnetic field is formed in the film plane.
EFFECT: increased sensitivity of the device.
