FIELD: measuring equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to measure absorption spectra of thin-film magnetic samples. Essence of the invention consists in that the device comprises a housing, inside of which on the upper side of the printed circuit board there arranged is a microwave generator and an amplitude detector, and the lower side serves as a screen with a measurement hole, above which there is a section of the strip line, which is the inductance of the microwave generator resonator.

EFFECT: providing the possibility of increasing sensitivity by more than an order, simplifying the design, as well as improving manufacturability and adjustment.
