FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture, in particular, to a method for production of protein fodder. Method includes treatment, cooling of sunflower seeds after secondary treatment with fragments of sunflower bunches and stems, their extrusion with subsequent enrichment with nutrient microelements at rate of 1:50, mixing, cooling to temperature of 30–36 °C and fodder grinding to bulk species with granules size of 3–5 mm. On milled fodder after mixing with nutrient microelements, an ozone-air mixture with concentration of 20–30 mg/m3 is exposed for 120 s, then treated with a high-frequency field and the dielectric permittivity of the treated fodder is determined, which is compared to the reference one, and by their difference, the degree of fodder processing quality is determined. If the fodder is insufficiently saturated with an ozone-air mixture, its concentration is increased, and if the ozone-air mixture is oversaturated, its concentration is reduced.
EFFECT: invention usage will allow to increase storage life.
