FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture, in particular to a device for production of protein fodder. Device includes a bin for storage of a product of oilseeds processing and a hopper with a container for its enrichment with nutrient microelements, an extruder with a hopper, mixer, container for storage of ready fodder, air-screen grain cleaning machine, under which bin is installed for storage of oil product processing product. Oil product processing product storage bunker is made in the form of two compartments, under which there is a storage container with an outlet hole installed above the bunker of the extruder. Device also has an ozonizer with an ozone-air mixture flow sensor and a fodder processing quality monitoring device. Outlet hole of extruder is connected to grinder, outlet of which is interconnected with air conditioner. Conditioner is connected to the mixer. Inlet hole of mixer is communicated with outlet hole of ozonizer. Outlet of mixer – with hopper for storage of ready fodder. Fodder processing quality control device is arranged between the hopper for storage of the ready forage and the mixer. This device consists of dielectric cups with cylindrical electrodes inside. In the center of the cups there are coils of oscillatory circuits, which together with tuning vessels are connected to measuring instrument on one side through power supply source, and on other side through high-frequency generators with voltage regulator.

EFFECT: invention usage will allow to enhance the ready fodder quality.
