SUBSTANCE: method includes treatment and cooling of an oilseed processing product. Wherein the oilseed processing product is represented by sunflower seeds after secondary cleaning with fragments of sunflower heads and stalks that are extruded, then enriched with micronutrients at the rate of 1:50, then mixed, cooled to a temperature of 30-36°C, and the feed is ground to the loose state with a granule size of 3-5 mm.
EFFECT: product with increased nutritional value, with improved quality characteristics.
