FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture and is intended for use in fodder production. Method of protein fodder production includes treatment, cooling to temperature of 30–36 °C a product of oil crops processing in the form of sunflower seeds after secondary treatment with fragments of sunflower bunches and stems, their extrusion and enrichment with nutrient microelements at ratio of 1:50 with subsequent mixing, milling fodder to bulk species with granules size of 3–5 mm. Ready fodder undergoes aeration by supplying of the ionized air flow with concentration of light negative ions 3×105 in 1 cm3 at pressure 2 MPa to ensure turbulent movement of fodder particles lasting 30 minutes daily for 3-4 days and repeated every week prior to use.
EFFECT: production of protein fodder of high quality and improved assimilability for cattle fattening as fodder additives, as well as increase of its storage life with preservation of its initial quality.
