FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly to radionuclide diagnostics of malignant lymphomas by single photon emission computed tomography. Method comprises intravenous introduction of radiopharmaceutical (RPH) followed by single-photon emission computed tomography (SPECT) on two-detector gamma camera and visualizing the RPH hyperfix fixation sections in the lymph node tissues and extranodally. RPH is prepared immediately before introduction according to laboratory regulations: 4 ml of sodium pertechnetate solution with volume activity of 125 MBq/ml from the generator under aseptic conditions is introduced by means of a syringe into a reagent bottle containing 1-thio-D-glucose sodium salt hydrate 0.625 mg, tin dichloride 2-water 0.044–0.052 mg, ascorbic acid not more than 0.125 mg, sodium chloride 8.0–10.0 mg, water for injection up to 1 ml, by puncturing the rubber plug with a needle, the contents of the flask are mixed by shaking and incubated at room temperature for 30 minutes until complete dissolution of the reagent. RPH is introduced on the basis of labeled with technetium-99m glucose derivative containing reagent in dose 500 MBq. 4 hours after the RPH introduction, SPECT of the whole body is performed from the level of the eye socket to the middle third of the thigh, wherein during the patient's examination, the gamma-camera is placed on the table in the "lying on the back" position with hands turned upside down and the malignant lymphoma is diagnosed when visualizing the RPH hyperfix fixation sites in the lymph node tissues and extranodally more than 2 times greater than the accumulation in the surrounding intact fabric.
EFFECT: invention provides higher accuracy and information value of radionuclide diagnostics of malignant lymphomas.
