FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and concerns a biomedical cell preparation (BMPC) containing cryopreserved antigen CD34+ after thawing. BMPC contains lines of allogeneic hematopoietic stem cells CD133+, co-expressing surface markers of stem cells: CD34+, CD38+, and CD34+, co-expressing CD38+, CD117+, which constitute 2 % of the cell mass of the BMPC, and additionally contains a leuko-concentrate of autologous mobilized mononuclear human cells, the said components being mixed with a biologically stable sterile medium, at a final concentration of CD34+ and CD133+ cells of (40÷100)⋅106 cells/ml of solution. As a biologically stable sterile medium, 0.9 % saline solution of sodium chloride or a heterogeneous biodegradable polymer matrix in the required amount is used.
EFFECT: invention can be used for proteome-based personalized therapy of primary and metastatic brain tumors and is in demand in the therapy of a number of neurological diseases.
