SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy, namely to textured electrical steel sheet used as materials for iron cores of transformers and generators. Textured electrotechnical sheet steel contains sheet steel, a coating of non-oxide ceramics containing a non-oxide ceramics and placed on sheet steel, and an insulating tension-providing coating containing oxide and located on a coating of non-oxide ceramics. Coating from non-oxide ceramics has thickness of 0.020–0.40 mcm, and insulating tension-giving coating has thickness of not less than 1.0 mcm. Amount of Cr in the coating from the non-oxide ceramics on the side of the sheet steel is less than 25 at%, and the amount of Cr in the coating from the non-oxide ceramics on the side of the insulating tension coating is not less than 25 at%.
EFFECT: electrical steel has high adhesion ability and magnetic properties after annealing for stress removal.
