SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy, namely to a sheet from textured electrical steel used as material of iron cores of transformers, generators, etc. Proposed sheet comprises steel sheet, coating layer A arranged on steel sheet and coating layer B arranged on coating layer A. Coating layer A is ceramic coating and contains oxide in amount of less than 30 wt%. Coating layer B is an insulation coating, which creates tension, and contains oxide. Area of the coating layer B peak ranges from -17 to -33 ppm with Gaussian spectrum approximation ³¹P-NMR ranges from 0 to -60 ppm is 30 % or more of total area of peak.

EFFECT: providing high adhesion properties of coating and required magnetic properties after annealing for stress removal.
