FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy. To obtain stably excellent magnetic properties in textured electrical steel sheets made from thin slabs without using components which form an inhibitor, production method of textured electrical steel plate includes continuous teeming of molten steel to produce a slab having thickness in range of 25–100 mm; at that, molten steel is characterized by chemical composition containing in wt%: C 0.002–0.100; Si 2.00–8.00; Mn 0.005–1.000; Al < 0.0100; N < 0.0050; S < 0.0050; Se < 0.0050; Fe and unavoidable impurities - the rest, slab heating, then hot rolling of slab for production of hot-rolled steel plate, at that, slab is heated at temperature in range of 1,000–1,300 °C during 10–600 seconds, and hot rolling is started within 30 seconds after heating.
EFFECT: obtaining stably excellent magnetic properties in textured electrotechnical sheet steels.
