FIELD: manufacturing technology.
SUBSTANCE: device includes housing 1, in which guide 2 is installed with possibility of axial movement. In guide 2 there is holder 8 kinematically connected to workstation drive 18. With holder 8, threaded rod 9 is rigidly coupled with tool 21 arranged thereon. Tool 21 also interacts with guide 2 by means of locking screw 30 and machined part 24 fixed in tool holder 11. In cartridge 11 nut 10 is installed, in which threaded rod 9 is screwed in, creating a pulling force to tool 21 during processing (piercing) in part 24 of hole 25. Cartridge 11 and nut 10 are stationary at the moment of treatment. After hole 25 is pierced, drive reverse 18 is actuated. Threaded rod 9 is turned out of nut 10, and guide 2 and tool 21 are returned by means of spring 7 into initial position.
EFFECT: broader technological capabilities, higher efficiency and accuracy of processing.
