FIELD: processes and equipment for working by cutting, finish blade working of holes.

SUBSTANCE: boring chuck includes body rigidly joined with mandrel. Inside said body spring-loaded slide with cutter holder is mounted with possibility of axial motion from limb by means of threaded stem. Said slide is fixed against rotation by means of key engaged with guides of body. In order to enhance rigidity and accuracy, cutter holder is provided with outer thread and opening; key is elastic one. Chuck also includes in addition tie rod designed for engaging with opening of cutter holder and nut for engaging with outer thread and with elastic key. Chuck may be provided with counterweight. Tie rod has in one end thread for engaging with limb and its other end is rigidly joined with counterweight. Threads of stem and tie rods may be different hand ones.

EFFECT: improved rigidity of chuck, enhanced accuracy of working.
