SUBSTANCE: chuck comprises a movable body with a cutting element installed in a holder, a micrometric screw interacting with the body and a nut, which interacts with a thrust rigidly fixed to the holder. To expand process capabilities, in the thrust there is a slant slot located at the angle to its axis, with formation of stiff elastic elements of the thrust, and the nut is located between the stiff elastic elements with the possibility of interaction by their ends with each of them.
