FIELD: hygiene.

SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a toothbrush comprising a head with bristles on its working surface, a neck, a paste-containing body of the handle with a piston mechanism. Inside the head there is a paste dispensing mechanism, which includes a compression spring with guides, located between the inner wall of the brush head body and the adjusting shutter, closing hole for paste supply, located in central part of working surface with bristle, and located on axis with possibility of movement relative to it to first and second stops. Inside the paste-containing body of the handle there is a piston with a sealing cuff, driven by a shaped spring, on one side rigidly connected to the piston, and on the other side – with a screw with a paw located in the end part of the paste-containing body of the handle, which is engaged with equidistant projections on the inner end side of the handle. Shaped spring passes through a slot additionally installed on the side of the handle end of the fixed plate at a distance equal to the screw height.

EFFECT: disclosed is a toothbrush.
