FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to therapeutic dentistry and neurostomatology, and can be used for treating the "blazing mouth" syndrome. Pain level is determined by the Verbal Descriptor Scale. Microcirculation in the painful area of the tongue is examined by laser Doppler flowmetry, namely the surface capillary blood flow M. Initial level of HADS anxiety and Beck scale depression are determined before the beginning of treatment. Vibratory massage is prescribed in the area of tongue pain points for 10 minutes, frequency 50–60 Hz and current intensity 3 W for 14 days using an electric toothbrush. Brush head is replaced with polished metal ball 1.5 cm in diameter instead of brush. Treatment is combined with drug therapy consisting of injections of milgamma 2 ml intramuscularly, every other day, 10 per therapeutic course, and actovegin 10 ml intravenously drop-by-drop on 200 ml normal saline, 5 per course of treatment. If anxiety prevails over the HADS scale, administering tenoten anxiolytics 1 tablet 3 times a day, 2 weeks; then 1 tablet 2 times a day, 2 weeks; then 1 tablet once a day, 2 weeks. If HADS depression prevails, and Bec's score is more than 20 points, duloxetine canon antidepressant 30–120 mg/day for 30 days. Upon completion of the course, microcirculation is repeated. If the level of pain is reduced and the microcirculation is improved, the increase in M is 1.5 perf. units and more than the initial one, the conducted treatment is evaluated as effective and completed. If observing pain syndrome and / or M post-treatment changes by less than 1.5 perf. units compared with the initial one, photoneuromodulation is prescribed daily by course of 20 procedures.
EFFECT: method enables higher clinical effectiveness in blushing mouth syndrome and remission for 6 months ensured by complex treatment.
