SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in the treatment of chronic musculoskeletal pain in patients with rheumatic diseases with lesions of the somatosensory nervous system and central sensitization. The method includes assessing the dynamics of the pain syndrome according to the scale of the CSI, DN4 and HADS questionnaire. Then the examined patients with chronic musculoskeletal pain are classified depending on the state of the somatosensory nervous system and central sensitization into three groups. In the first group, analgesic treatment is prescribed for 28 days in the form of taking etoricoxib at a dose of 60 mg/day once in the morning after meals in combination with taking gabapentin in an amount of 900 mg/day, 300 mg three times a day after meals. In the second group, analgesic treatment is prescribed for 28 days in the form of etoricoxib at a dose of 60 mg/day once in the morning after meals in combination with duloxetine at a dose of 60 mg/day once in the morning after meals. In the third group, analgesic treatment is prescribed for 28 days in the form of etoricoxib at a dose of 60 mg/day once in the morning after meals, in combination with gabapentin in the amount of 900 mg/day, 300 mg three times a day after meals, in combination with application on the area of local pain 2 times a day ointment based on meloxicam containing 27–32 wt.% of capsiicin.

EFFECT: method provides reliable relief of acute pain and prevention of the formation of chronic pain syndrome, reduction of the risk of medicinal product complications, reduction of the sensitivity of the patient's affected joint tissue to pain and non-pain stimuli, including nociceptive stimulation, reduction of the feeling of "instability" in the affected joint due to combined assessment of pain syndrome and the use of timely pathogenetic therapy.
