FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medical equipment. Needle-free injection device for administering a medicament to an animal comprises a receptacle for holding a container, configured to accommodate a container for containing the administered drug. Dispensing mechanism is intended, during actuation, to ensure the delivery of the medicinal agent contained in the container. Radio-frequency identification (RFID) system is connected to a container-holding receptacle and is configured to exchange data with a RFID-tag associated with the container and containing information on the medicinal agent contained in the container, and drug administration permitting provided that the medicinal agent present in the container is adequate for administration to the animal. RFID system comprises an antenna positioned so as to at least partially cover the RFID tag. Disclosed is a system for controlling administration of a medicinal agent using a needle-less device.
EFFECT: technical result consists in ensuring the safety of the veterinary preparation.
