SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medical equipment. Dispensing device comprises a housing containing a chamber and a hole communicating with the chamber, a nozzle having a through channel and a device for coupling with the housing, a first retainer, a sensor and an electric circuit. Device for coupling with the body has a size for placement inside the hole and is made with the possibility of engagement of the body with possibility of sliding so that the nozzle moves from the fully extended position to the fully pressed position. Channel communicates with the chamber when the device for coupling with the body is located inside the hole and is engaged with the possibility of sliding with the body. First retainer is movable from an open position to a closed position to prevent the attachment with the nozzle body from being pressed further into the body through the body opening, when the device for conjugation with the housing is engaged with the housing, and the first retainer is in the closed position and allows pressing the device for conjugation with the housing into the housing through the opening of the housing when the first retainer is in the open position. Sensor is configured to transmit a signal indicating the partially pressed position of the nozzle between the fully extended position and the fully pressed position. Electrical circuit is configured to move the first retainer from the open position to the closed position in response to the sensor signal. Dispensing nozzle, embodiments of a nasal drug dispenser and a vial for use in a nasal drug dispenser.
