FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine and can be used to assess the reliability of glycemic profiles obtained by designing new glucose sensors for continuous monitoring of glucose. Disclosed is a system for comparing glycemic profiles in diabetic patients with reference monitor data. System comprises a computer, a reference glucose sensor of a CGMS system, connected to a reference circuit for continuous monitoring of glucose CGMS, an analyzed glucose sensor connected through a filter and a band-pass amplifier to a device for synchronizing glycemic profiles, input of which is connected to one of the outputs of the synchronizer, and the second output of the synchronizer is connected to one of the inputs of the reference circuit of continuous monitoring of glucose concentration CGMS. Output of the reference continuous glucose monitoring system CGMS and the output of the glycemic profile synchronization device are connected to the computer inputs, and the synchronizer input is connected to one of the computer inputs, wherein the synchronizer is connected to the satellite navigation system receiver.

EFFECT: invention provides objective comparative evaluation of obtained data of analyzed meter with data of reference monitor by its program for processing signal from sensor; time synchronization of the obtained blood glucose values in the patients, primarily with diabetes mellitus, with a reference CGMS system measurement program using various novel designs of glucose sensors.
