SUBSTANCE: invention relates to veterinary science and represents a combination formulated for chicken or turkey introduction to provide for improvement of fodder efficiency, productivity and/or infection resistance in coccidia in chicken or turkey, containing: from 200 ppm to 5000 ppm of the first composition containing Quillaja saponaria in the form of ground, crushed or ground roots, stems, trunks, bark, leaves, flowers, flower stems, seeds, or a combination thereof, and/or either (i) its extract obtained by pressing, or (ii) its chemical extract, or (iii) both said extract (i) and (ii), and Yucca schidigera in form of ground to crushed, crushed, milled or grinded roots, stems, burs, bark, leaves, flowers, flower stems, seeds, or a combination thereof, and/or either (i) an extract thereof obtained by pressing, or (ii) a chemical extract thereof, or (iii) both said extract (i) and (ii); and a second composition comprising an antimicrobial agent, an antibiotic, an anticoccidial agent or a combination thereof.

EFFECT: invention provides the enhanced control of coccidiosis in birds, in comparison with the results achieved with the use of the components of the combination separately, statistically significant increase of weight gain and considerable reduction of birds mortality.
