where R', R'', R''' denote hydrogen, C1-C4 alkyl, C1-C4 halogenated alkyl or halogen, R', R'', R''' can be identical or different; R1 means C1-C3 alkyl; R2 is hydrogen or C1-C4 alkyl; R3 means hydrogen, C1-C6 alkylcarbonyl, C1-C6 alkoxylcarbonyl, C1-C6 alkoxylcarbonylmethyl, C1-C4 alkylsulfonyl, or phenylsulfonyl substituted with alkyl, or benzoyl, or its salt. Also disclosed are specific pyrazole compounds of formula (I), intermediate seiodienia of formula (III) and formula (V), a method of producing pyrazole compounds of formula (I), an herbicidal composition based on pyrazole compounds of formula (I), a weed control method and use of pyrazole compounds of formula (I) for controlling weeds.
