FIELD: mining industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a drilling tool for drilling an inclined-directional well. In particular, proposed is a rotary controlled drilling arrangement made with the possibility of drilling an inclined section of the wellbore, containing: a drilling engine connected to a drive element and made with the possibility of rotation by means of a drilling mud flow; a case outside the drive element having the first section and the second section; a control device that tilts the first section relatively to the second section around the connection and maintains the inclination, essentially in geostationary mode, when the drilling arrangement rotates through the bend of the wellbore. The drive element passes through the connection for connecting the drilling engine to the grinding device, which has through channels for drilling mud, and the drilling engine rotates the grinding device using the drive element. In addition, the specified rotary arrangement contains a channel between the connection and the drive element, made with the possibility of drilling mud flowing through it between the connection and the drive element and exiting through the through channels for drilling mud in the grinding device. A method for forming an inclined borehole is also proposed.
EFFECT: expansion of the arsenal of technical means to provide a rotary control system for the formation of inclined boreholes, which combine the control system with a hydraulic bottomhole engine for drilling straight and inclined boreholes, while the drilling engine can continuously rotate to form curved and straight sections of the borehole by rotating the drill column with a relatively low rotation speed compared to usual methods.
