FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly to oncology, and can be used for treating patients diagnosed with leukaemia. Method of immunotherapy of cancer diseases consists in the fact that for patients diagnosed with leukaemia 5 ml of a bone marrow from a healthy donor is obtained, then mononuclear cells are isolated from it, then they are cultivated in a complete culture medium of the following composition: DMEM/F12 medium 1:1 with HEPES with addition of 2 mmol/ml or 3.65 mg/10 ml of L-glutamine, 100 units/ml of penicillin, 100 mcg/ml of streptomycin, 10 % of embryonal serum, in conditions of T = 37 °C and 5 % CO2 for 48–72 hours, then recovered from the obtained culture medium exo-containing precipitate by differential centrifugation, it is dissolved in a phosphate-salt buffer in ratio of 1:5 – 1:20 and then the obtained solution is administered per os to a patient diagnosed with leukaemia once in three days after eating in the morning hours.
EFFECT: invention enables preparing the preparation for treating patients diagnosed with leukemia.
