SUBSTANCE: invention discloses a method of obtaining a transplant in the form of cell spheroids for the restoration of the subject's cartilage, which includes the isolation of cells from the cambial layer of the perichondrium of the own costal cartilage and multipotent mesenchymal stromal cells of the subject's own bone marrow, separate cultivation of the isolated cells in 2D- systems at the bottom of culture flasks, transferring cells to plastic microplates at the rate of 8,000 cells per 1 well, with the cells of two cell cultures being mixed in a 1:1 cell ratio, and their subsequent 3D cultivation in wells to form cell spheroids.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to obtain a transplant with a pronounced regenerative potential, the effect of stimulating the regeneration of the surrounding cartilage and antimicrobial activity, for the effective restoration of cartilage, in particular articular cartilage, besides it is possible to use the obtained spheroids for bioprinting.
