FIELD: medicine; pharmaceuticals.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to chemical-pharmaceutical industry, namely to creation of a method for producing an agent possessing thyrotropic and antioxidant activity, which is a dry extract consisting of the following herbal raw materials: walnut leaves, hazel leaves, turnip leaves, aerial part of the turn, overhead part of prickly-bones, vertebral leaves, aerial part of duckweed, chicory roots, aerial part of the tartar. Said vegetal raw material is milled into a particle size of not more than 2 mm and extracted with 65 % ethyl alcohol in ratio of raw material: extractant equal to 1:16, at temperature 60 °C and continuous stirring. Process is repeated three times. Combined extracts are evaporated and purified by separation. Purified extract is residually evaporated and dried in vacuum drier at temperature of 60 °C and milled in a propeller type mill.
EFFECT: method under the invention widens the range of products correcting thyroid disorders.
