FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a mortar or concrete composition containing a phosphate-based inorganic binder material obtained by reacting at least one main ingredient and an acid phosphate salt, in the presence of a hardening retarder, which is a salt X+A-, solubility of which in aqueous medium, measured at 25 °C, is more than acidic phosphate salt solubility, and in which: X+ is a cation selected from ions of alkali metals, alkali-earth metals, zinc, aluminium and ammonium, and A- is an acetate, formate, benzoate, tartrate, oleate, oxalate, bromide or iodide anion. Invention is developed in dependent claims.
EFFECT: technical result is improvement of physical and mechanical properties.
